Buying a MOM token and related risks

Cryptographic tokens that have value in public markets, such as bitcoins, can regularly experience extreme price volatility over short periods of time. Such fluctuations are based on market forces and represent changes in the supply and demand relationship. It is possible that the value of ETH could drop significantly in the future, which could have a negative impact on the MOM token, which in turn could lead to that the MOM parties do not have sufficient resources to continue their work.

Risk of regulatory action

Cryptocurrencies have been explored as a new technology by various regulatory agencies around the world. There is a risk that cryptocurrencies may be declared illegal or that cryptocurrency trading may be regulated. In both cases, this can affect the value of the MOM token. In addition, the MOM platform could be affected by one or more regulatory inquiries or actions that could affect the ability of the MOM parties to further develop the MOM project.

Risk of insufficient interest in MOM tokens

It is possible that the public interest in the MOM token is generally limited. Such a lack of interest could affect the development of the MOM project. The MOM parties expressly refrain from statements on the probability of success of the MOM project and the MOM token.

Risk of non-completion or lack of profit

The buyer is aware that while the MOM parties ensure that all reasonable efforts are made to realize the MOM project, the full vision of the MOM project may never be published. There is no certainty that this project can be successfully developed over time. In addition, it is uncertain whether this project will be commercialized or profitable.
